Icebox (Slice and Bake) Cookie Recipes
Butterfinger Cookies
2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup Crisco
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
4 Butterfinger candy bars, chopped
Cream Crisco and sugar and beat in eggs. Sift dry ingredients and sprinkle
over candy. Mix well. Stir into egg mixture. Roll and chill.
Cut into thin slices. Bake at 375 degrees F for 12 minutes. Remove from pan
immediately.
