Shortbread

1 cup butter
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Mix and pat into a 9-inch pie pan. Prick all over with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into wedges while warm.
