Hot Artichoke Dip

Yield: 30 (1/4 cup) servings

Ingredients

  • 2 (14 3/4 ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 1 cup water chestnuts, chopped
  • 2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped scallions

Instructions

  1. Cut artichoke hearts into small pieces.
  2. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, water chestnuts, cheese and scallions.
  3. Pour into slow cooker. Cover.
  4. Cook on HIGH for 1 to 2 hours or on LOW for 3 to 4 hours.
  5. Serve with crackers or crusty French bread (not included in nutritional data).
