Slow Cooker Recipes
Dilled Stroganoff
Yield: 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
- 1 (2 pound) round steak, cut into strips
- 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or 1 tablespoon dried dill
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- Cooked broad egg noodles
Instructions
- Place steak strips in slow cooker; add pepper, onion, mushrooms, garlic, dill and beef broth.
- Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
- Add sour cream for the last hour of cooking.
- Serve over broad egg noodles.
