Pork Chili

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless pork chops, cut into bite size pieces
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil
  • 6 Hatch green chiles, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 can pinto beans, drained
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1/2 tablespoon comino (cumin)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle pork chop chunks with salt and pepper then brown in olive oil.
  2. Add everything into the slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
  3. Cook on LOW for 2 hours.
  4. Serve each portion with shredded cheese on top.
