Pork Chili
Ingredients
- 2 boneless pork chops, cut into bite size pieces
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- 6 Hatch green chiles, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 can pinto beans, drained
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- 1/2 tablespoon comino (cumin)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Shredded cheese
Instructions
- Sprinkle pork chop chunks with salt and pepper then brown in olive oil.
- Add everything into the slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
- Cook on LOW for 2 hours.
- Serve each portion with shredded cheese on top.
