Green Chile Cheese Dip
Yield: 48 servings
Ingredients
- 32 ounces cream cheese
- 3 cups sour cream
- 4 cups picante sauce
- 4 (7 ounce) cans green chiles, chopped and drained
- 1 (16 ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained
- 12 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 cloves fresh garlic minced
- Hot pepper sauce to taste
- 4 teaspoons chili powder
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add picante sauce, green chiles, pimentos, garlic, chili powder and hot sauce.
- Fold in the shredded cheese until combined.
- Taste to adjust seasonings.
- Serve with corn chips.
