Parsley Buttered Potatoes
Yield: 45 to 50 servings
Ingredients
- 15 pounds potatoes, pared
- Salt
- 1 1/2 cups parsley, chopped
- 2 cups butter, melted
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes.
- When cooked, add the salt, parsley and butter. Shake to cover the potatoes with the butter and parsley.
