Margarita Jell-O

Yield: 8 servings, 1/2 cup each, or about 16 little "Dixie cup" servings

Ingredients

• 1 large box or 2 small boxes lime Jell-O
• 2 cups boiling water
• 1 1/4 cups cold water
• 1/2 cup tequila
• 1/4 cup Triple Sec

Instructions

1. Add boiling water to gelatin.
2. Stir until dissolved, about 2 minutes.
3. Add cold water, tequila and Triple Sec.
4. Chill until set.
