Lemonade Sherbet

Yield: 2 quarts

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate*
  • 1 2/3 cups evaporated milk
  • 5 drops yellow food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whip evaporated milk until it is stiff and will hold a peak.
  2. Add can of frozen concentrate and food coloring; whip until well blended.
  3. Turn at once into ice cube trays and freeze.

Notes

* Frozen orangeade concentrate may be substituted for the lemonade concentrate if desired.
