Lime Daiquiri Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups fresh lime juice (10 to 12 large limes)
  • Grated zest of 3 limes
  • 1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup rum
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor fitted with the metal blade.
  2. Freeze in an ice cream maker, following manufacturer's instructions.
