Apricot Filling

Ingredients

  • 1 pound dry apricots
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup drained, crushed pineapple (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cover apricots with water. Boil until soft.
  2. Drain and grind or use food processor.
  3. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Cool.
