Prune Filling
Ingredients
- 1 pound prunes
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Cover prunes with water. Cook until soft and most of water is absorbed.
- Cool, pit (if they have pits), mash or grind. Can also use food processor or blender.
- Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
- Cool before using.
