Cream Cheese Frosting
Yield: enough frosting for 2 (9 inch) round cake layers
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups light cream cheese
- 1 1/2 tablespoons margarine, softened
- 14 to 16 packets Equal
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 to 2 tablespoons skim milk to thin frosting
Instructions
- Beat together cream cheese and margarine. Stir in sweetener and milk until mixture is moistened. Beat until smooth and spread on cake.
