Barbecued Oysters
Ingredients
- 3 cups oysters
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Seasoned salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Drain oysters well.
- Mix flour, salt and pepper in brown grocery bag. Shake oysters in flour mixture.
- Sauté oysters in hot oil just enough to form a crust, but not enough to completely cook.
- Place oysters in an oblong baking dish and cover oysters with barbecue sauce.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes.
