Crabmeat Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 6 ounces crabmeat
  • 1/2 pound Swiss cheese, cubed
  • 1/3 cup scallion, chopped
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except pastry shell well, then pour into the pastry shell.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.
