Crabmeat Quiche

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
6 ounces crabmeat
1/2 pound Swiss cheese, cubed
1/3 cup scallion, chopped

Mix well and pour into a 9-inch unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.
