Grilled Pork Chops with
Peachy Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

Grilled Pork Chops

  • 8 pork chops, thick cut
  • 1/2 cup peach preserves
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons heavy grained mustard

Peachy Horseradish Sauce

  • 1 cup peach preserves
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish, freshly grated if available
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

Grilled Pork Chops

  1. Stir together all ingredients except pork.
  2. Grill the chops over medium heat basting with the peach sauce. Turn the chops half way through the cooking process. This will take about 8 to 10 minutes.

Peachy Horseradish Sauce

  1. Stir together and drizzle over the cooked pork.
