Grilled Pork Chops with
Peachy Horseradish Sauce
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients
Grilled Pork Chops
- 8 pork chops, thick cut
- 1/2 cup peach preserves
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons heavy grained mustard
Peachy Horseradish Sauce
- 1 cup peach preserves
- 2 tablespoons horseradish, freshly grated if available
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
Grilled Pork Chops
- Stir together all ingredients except pork.
- Grill the chops over medium heat basting with the peach sauce. Turn the chops half way through the cooking process. This will take about 8 to 10 minutes.
Peachy Horseradish Sauce
- Stir together and drizzle over the cooked pork.
