Rummy Plantains
3 plantains, cut into 3-inch pieces
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup brown sugar or honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup Puerto Rican rum
Saut the plantains in butter until they are golden. Add remaining ingredients
and cook for 5 minutes.
