Gluten-Free Flour Mix
Use this as a substitute for white wheat flour.
Yield: 3 cups GF mix
Ingredients
- 2 cups white rice flour
- 1/3 cup tapioca flour
- 2/3 cup potato starch flour (not plain potato flour)
Yields 9 cups GF mix
- 6 cups white rice flour
- 1 cup tapioca flour
- 2 cups potato starch flour (not plain potato flour)
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Sift the mixture into a large airtight container.
- Store in the container tightly closed.
