Soy Sauce Pork Chops
No one will ever guess your secret marinade!
4 (1-inch thick) center or
loin cut pork chops
1 small bottle soy sauce
Place pork chops in a nonreactive dish. Pour soy sauce over them. Marinate
pork chops in the refrigerator; they may be started early in the morning, or
shortly before cooking, but are best if they marinate at least 1 hour.
Build a charcoal fire, and when coals are hot, spread coals to distribute
heat. Grill pork chops about 6 to 8 inches from the fire. Baste with soy sauce
from the non-reactive dish every 10 minutes for 1 hour, or until done.
