Honey-Garlic Marinade

1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon dry sherry
2 crushed garlic cloves

In self-sealing bag, combine all ingredients. Add 4 pork chops to bag; seal and refrigerate overnight.
