Barbecue Sauce Recipes

Smoky Raspberry Chipotle Barbecue Sauce

1 (18 ounce) bottle mesquite-flavor barbecue sauce
1 (16 ounce) jar seedless raspberry jam
8 ounces white vinegar
6 canned chipotles en adobo, chopped very fine
3 tablespoons garlic, crushed

Mix all over low-medium heat and simmer until well mixed. This sauce is sweet and hot so you don't need too much.
