Tastiest Barbecue Sauce

This makes enough sauce to serve two. If you're cooking for four or more, double or triple the recipe.

4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons peanut oil
4 minced cloves of garlic

Use this either as a marinade or to brush on during grilling.
