Ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce comfrey
  • 1/2 ounce hops

Instructions

  1. Steep comfrey and hops in one quart of hot water for 20 to 30 minutes.
  2. Soak a cloth in the liquid, and wrap the cloth around the sore area.
