Oatmeal Soak
(for sunburn or dry, tired skin)
1 cup oatmeal (regular - not instant)
1/2 cup powdered orrisroot
Crush oatmeal flakes a little so they will release their minerals when you
add them to water. Mix with orrisroot and place in the center of a plain piece
of fabric. Tie into a ball. Take the ball into the bath and, after it has soaked
awhile, rub it over your skin. The ball can be used over again as many times
as it seems to do its job.
