Citrus Mint Window Spray

1/2 cup fresh lemon peel
1/2 cup fresh orange peel
1 cup fresh mint leaves
1 cup white vinegar

Combine peels and mint leaves. Steep in white vinegar for two weeks, or until vinegar has leached the color and fragrance out of the botanicals. Decant and strain into a spray bottle.
