Fabric Softener

2 cups baking soda
4 cups water
2 cups Herbal Vinegar or white vinegar

Mix ingredients and store in a plastic or glass container in the laundry area. Add 1/4 cup to the final rinse water in washing machine. If your water is hard, you may have to add a little more.
