Egg Substitutions

These substitutions all equal ONE EGG.

Ground flax  1 tablespoon ground flax + 3 tablespoons water

Chia seed  1 tablespoon chia seed + 1/3 cup water

Soy protein  1 tablespoon soy protein powder + 3 tablespoons water

Agar Agar  1 tablespoon agar agar + 1 tablespoon water

Ripe banana  1/2 mashed banana

Applesauce  1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

Peanut butter  3 tablespoons peanut butter
