Boiling Water Canner Altitudes
When processing at altitudes
higher than 1,000 feet above sea level,
increase processing time as follows:
1,000 - 3,000 feet - increase processing time 5 minutes
3,001 - 6000 feet - increase processing time 10 minutes
6,001 - 8,000 feet - increase processing time 15 minutes
8,001 - 10,000 feet - increase processing time 20 minutes
