Broiled Crab Cakes

Yield: 6 servings; 3 ounces each

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds crab meat, backfin, cartilage and shells removed
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons minced onion
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and shape into 6 patties.
  2. Broil 6 inches from heat source, 3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Serve immediately.
