Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Davinci Syrup, any flavor
  • 1/2 cup plain full-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 6 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients EXCEPT the ice in your blender until smooth.
  2. Add the ice and blend.

Notes

It makes a sinful "smoothie."
