Hot Mustard Rump Roast
1 (4 to 5 pound) rump roast
Salt to taste
2 teaspoons hot mustard
1 teaspoon horseradish
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup water
Salt roast. Mix remaining seasonings and rub over roast. Wrap securely in
aluminum foil. Place in pan. Put one cup water in pan. Bake for 2 1/2 hours at
325 degrees F.
