Satan's Surprise

6 to 8 chicken breasts

Sauce:
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 (8 ounce) jar Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon MSG
3 tablespoons apricot-pineapple preserves

Mix together sauce ingredients and coat chicken breasts. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Turn and spoon sauce over chicken several times while baking.
