Mango Glaze for Ham

Ingredients

  • Mango nectar
  • Fresh ginger root, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • About 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Mix all together in saucepan and let it simmer about 20 minutes.
  2. Use to baste ham every 15 minutes until ham is done.
