Meat Glaze and Sauce Recipes

Teriyaki Marinade

1 1/2 cups soy sauce
1 1/2 cups dry white wine
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons garlic oil, or 2 large cloves garlic, crushed
3-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
    and finely chopped or mashed

Combine all ingredients in a quart jar. Cover tightly; shake or stir to dissolve sugar and mix well.

Makes 3 1/2 cups. Can be made several weeks or more ahead. Keep refrigerated.
