Roast Goose with Apple Dressing

1 goose
Salt
Pepper
1 tablespoon browned flour
1 tablespoon butter
6 apples apples
1/2 cup granulated sugar

Rub goose with salt, pepper, butter and flour.

Cook the apples, then mash, adding sugar. Stuff the goose. Bake, allowing 20 minutes per pound.
