Cottage Cheese Roast
Yield: 10 to 12 servings
Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 3 envelopes beef stew seasoning mix
- 5 eggs, well beaten
- 4 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 4 cups Kellogg's Special K
Instructions
- Sauté onion in margarine, then add seasoning mix, eggs and all other ingredients. Mix well.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F in large greased casserole.
