Soy Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup all-purpose soy milk powder
- 1 cup oil or more to thicken
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash of paprika, turmeric, onion powder
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
Instructions
- In blender, blend water and soy milk powder; add oil slowly.
- Add seasonings.
- Add lemon juice last.
