Soy Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose soy milk powder
  • 1 cup oil or more to thicken
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of paprika, turmeric, onion powder
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In blender, blend water and soy milk powder; add oil slowly.
  2. Add seasonings.
  3. Add lemon juice last.
