Spinach Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Beat eggs and flour in bowl until smooth.
- Stir in spinach, cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese and salt; mix well.
- Pour into greased 1 quart casserole.
- Bake for 1 hour.
