Fluffy Meat Loaf

1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground lean pork
3 medium slices soft bread, torn in pieces
1 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup minced onion
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon sage
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix ingredients thoroughly. Shape into loaf on shallow baking pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until done. Spread 3 tablespoons catsup on top before baking, if desired.

A variation may be used by using 1 tablespoon horseradish and 1 tablespoon of catsup instead of sage and mustard.
