Ham and Peach Loaves
1 1/2 pounds ground ham or 2 cans luncheon meat
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup milk
8 peach halves
Dry mustard
Brown sugar
Mix ham, beaten eggs and milk. Butter custard cups or muffin tins. Sprinkle with
brown sugar and a little dry mustard. Place peach, cut side up, in the cup and
fill with ham mixture. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees F.
