Bacon Jam Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 6 to 8 thick-sliced bone-in pork chops
- 2 to 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 6 to 8 tablespoons Bacon Jam
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Drizzle olive oil into skillet over medium heat.
- Add pork chops, cooking each side for about 3 to 5 minutes until browned.
- Spread 1 tablespoon bacon jam on each pork chop.
- Place in oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
