Breaded Boneless Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons water
- 6 boneless pork chops, about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a shallow bowl or large food storage bag, mix flour, bread crumbs, kosher salt and pepper.
- In a separate shallow bowl, lightly whisk together the egg and water. Dip pork chops into the egg mixture, then into the seasoned flour mixture.
- In a large nonstick skillet heat oil over medium heat. Cook pork chops for 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, until no longer pink in the middle.
