Breaded Boneless Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 6 boneless pork chops, about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl or large food storage bag, mix flour, bread crumbs, kosher salt and pepper.
  2. In a separate shallow bowl, lightly whisk together the egg and water. Dip pork chops into the egg mixture, then into the seasoned flour mixture.
  3. In a large nonstick skillet heat oil over medium heat. Cook pork chops for 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, until no longer pink in the middle.
