Country Chops
Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork chops
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 2 sliced sweet onions
- 2 sliced green bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Brown pork chops in butter, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, add soup, milk, salt and sugar to the pan drippings. Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Layer the pork chops with onions and peppers in the skillet. Cook over low to medium heat for 35 to 45 minutes, covered. The meat will fall right off the bone!
