Pork Roast Recipes
Porketta Roast
1 tablespoon dill seed
1 tablespoon fennel seed
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (4 pound) boneless pork roast
Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
In a small bowl, combine all spices. Mix well and apply to the roast. Place
roast in a 10 x 15-inch roasting pan. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until
internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
