Old-Fashioned Sweet Sour Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds green cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup (scant) vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Place cabbage in covered dish in refrigerator for several hours.
- Mix whipping cream, vinegar, salt and sugar together and fold into cabbage about 30 minutes before serving. Chill.
