Gingered Pear Sorbet
Ingredients
- 1 (29 ounce) can pear halves
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
- Heat 1 cup of syrup from the pears and the sugar until boiling. Cool.
- Place pear halves in blender and puree. Mix with syrup and other ingredients.
- Divide, freeze and shave.
