Pineapple Mango Ice

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple chunks, fresh or canned
  • 1 cup cubed mango, frozen, jarred or fresh
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  1. Blend in blender until smooth. Taste; add sugar by tablespoon, if needed.
  2. Pour into tubs and freeze.
