Champagne Punch

2 cups water
23 ounces pineapple juice
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 (14 ounce) bottle carbonated water
1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
1 (28 ounce) bottle chilled champagne

Combine water and lemonade. Stir in pineapple juice, sugar, and lime juice. Freeze.

To serve, slowly pour champagne & carbonated water over shaved mixture.
