Creamsicle Ice

1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 cup water
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Mix all together with a wire whisk until sugar is dissolved. Divide into 3 ice shaver tubs.
